Before ordering, please read the FAQ and technical information sections. Various deliverables are available, as per below. Bear in mind that a DC2N without a case would ship sooner so that if you have means to build a case by yourself, consider that when pre-ordering.
(*) Current batch: Sold out as of 19/01/2011 Future plans (my last words on this - please stop asking):
Due to this, I have no motivation or interest in new builds. I have a few spare parts which I might be able to re-arrange to make a few builds at some time, but that is entirely up to me to decide, including time-scales. Also, those who are likely to benefit will be collectors interested in the preservation area rather than wanting to play back TAP files to their Commodore computer. Collectors will also have to have strong references. I know this might seem unfair, but the decision is entirely up to me: I don't make DC2Ns to earn people's gratitude or for profit. Period. If you would like to help with the hardware design of newer versions of DC2N, just e-mail me. [1] This PLASTIC case came handy for buyers wanting to customize the look of their DC2N, as per examples below: |
